Ms. Plaboni Iyengar has always been passionate about education, aiming to make learning enjoyable and helping students move beyond rote learning. She believes in the philosophy of teaching children how to think, not what to think. Plaboni earned her B.Ed. from Loreto College, Kolkata, and began her career in 1986 at Blue Bells International School, New Delhi. Her career grew as she taught in prestigious institutions across India. In 2007, she moved to The Netherlands, where she taught meditation and lifestyle courses, helping people manage stress and strengthen their intuition.

In 2018, she returned to India and became the principal of a school in Bengaluru. In 2020, she took on the role of Primary Head at NewAge World School, where she mentors teachers and contributes to the growth of the institution. Plaboni strongly believes in value-based education, preparing students with life skills, resilience, and sportsmanship for a successful future.
